Description
In search of accurate temperature measurement, the genius Galileo Galilei discovered this impressive method. Inside a liquid, a solid body, with the same weight and size, necessarily descends as the temperature rises. On the contrary, the solid body rises in the liquid when the temperature decreases. The glass balls inside the thermometer have different weights. Taking into consideration the density of the liquid, it is guaranteed that the ball that floats at the lowest point at the top of the cylinder indicates the correct temperature.
